Well, the big day or dreaded day, depending on how you look at it, has arrived. The contractor is due in 15 minutes.
The kitchen and bathrooms are empty.
The rest of the house is lined with boxes. The upper shelf boxes are in the living room and the lower cabinet boxes are in the den.
Stuff is everywhere.
I am a total wreck.
I have been awake since 2:00 am.
What if we made bad choices?
What if nothing matches?
Now that I can’t cook, all I want to do its cook.
This is going to be a very long 2 weeks.
The painter is coming at 9:00 to talk paint colors. I think I know what I want but Neal is still unsure on his bathroom.
Poor Martin, he is going to go nuts with all the people in and out of the house.
I keep telling myself how lucky I am to be able to do this but right now I just want to run and hide.
Is this harder for blind people?
Am I more bothered by the disarray?
My Fitbit and I have walked miles in the last few days.
Will there be dust everywhere?
Should I cover the plants?
Where did I put the aspirin?
